All hardware sold by TWP is covered with 2 years full waranty on parts and labour. Customers can bring in there defective hardware or ship it to our RMA department.Pickup & delivery service is also possible.

Fast RMA Procedure

Option 1: Give us a call (020-6389057) and bring the defective parts to our offce. We will swap the parts or try to fix the problem a.s.a.p.

Option 2: Please fill our online RMA form. We will send you an e-mail with RMA number and shipping instructions.We will swap the parts or try to fix the problem asap and the goods will be returned by TPG or TNT.

Option 3: Give us a call (020-6389057) for onsite support. Have your onsite support contract ready.
